My background spans IT support, systems administration and data analysis: managing incidents and user access, maintaining networks and hardware, and building Power BI / Tableau reporting that tracks the metrics that matter. I'm as comfortable troubleshooting a LAN or hardening access as I am writing SQL or a dashboard query.
I work closely with the people who rely on these systems day to day (end users, field teams, leadership) because IT and data only earn their keep when they fit how people actually work.
